1:1 Private Reformer Pilates available in my home studio in Chiswick (Grove Park Area).

All sessions are tailored to your body and level of ability. I consider your personal goals, as well as any pre-existing health conditions or injuries and create a bespoke session plan just for you.

Cost

1 hour Private Session – £60

Cancellation Policy

All clients must cancel or reschedule their session at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time to avoid forfeiture of the session. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the booked session) are not eligible for any refunds or credits.
